On the auspicious occasion of the Golden Jubilee celebration of His Majesty the King's 50th anniversary of accession to the throne on June 9, 1996, we participated in the same ceremony as the 50th Anniversary of Accession to the Throne Coin or the 8 Immortals Coin of the 50 Family Clans Association. All proceeds, after deducting expenses, of 50 million baht were presented to His Majesty.
⚜️ The Buddha consecration ceremony was held on 8 June 1995.
With His Holiness Somdej Phra Yansangwon, the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand, presiding over the lighting of the victory candle and praying for blessing, along with 108 monks from all over the country at the ceremonial grounds of Sanam Luang.
A grand ceremony at Sanam Luang saw the participation of 108 monks, including many from the Dharma Army of the Northeast. A sacred thread was connected from Wat Phra Kaew to the pavilion for a three-day consecration ceremony.
