How do I pay?
By bank transfer, to our ABA Bank account in Cambodia or our US bank account. Details are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Use your order number as the payment reference.
When will my order ship?
Within [1–3] business days after we receive your payment. You’ll get a tracking number by email.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide from Phnom Penh. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import tax?
Possibly — it depends on your country’s rules. Duties and taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery.
Are your coins genuine?
Yes. Mint-issued pieces come in original packaging with certificates where issued, and every item is covered by our authenticity guarantee.
What do grades like MS 65 or PF 70 mean?
They’re condition grades from independent services such as NGC and PCGS, on a 1–70 scale. MS is for uncirculated coins, PF for proofs; 70 is flawless.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within [14] days for most items in original condition. Bullion and opened sealed items can’t be returned. See our Shipping & Returns Policy.
