Tracked worldwide delivery from Phnom Penh, and a simple 14-day return policy.
Worldwide
We ship to most countries from Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Tracked
Every parcel is tracked. Orders over [US$500] are insured.
14-day returns
On most items, in original condition.
Shipping
Processing time. Orders ship within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed. Bank transfers can take 1–5 business days to reach us.
Tracking. Every parcel is sent with a tracked service [EMS / DHL]. You’ll receive your tracking number by email once it ships.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Packaging. Items stay in their original capsules, boxes or assay cards and are packed in protective, discreet packaging.
Customs & duties
Import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Lost or damaged parcels. If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking hasn’t moved for [10] business days, email info@asiamintcollections.com with your order number and photos. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once it’s resolved.
Returns
14-day returns. Most items can be returned within [14] days of delivery if unused and in original condition, with capsule, box and certificate.
Not returnable:
- ◆Bullion bars and bullion coins (priced on the metal market)
- ◆Items removed from sealed capsules, assay cards or graded holders (NGC, PCGS)
- ◆Items damaged after delivery
How to return. Email info@asiamintcollections.com with your order number and reason. We’ll reply with the return address. Please don’t send a return without contacting us first.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item was wrong, damaged or not as described — then we cover it.
Refunds are issued by bank transfer within [7] business days of receiving and checking the item. Original shipping and bank fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Authenticity guarantee
Every item we sell is genuine. If an item is proven not to be, we refund it in full, including shipping.
