Front - There is a picture of His Royal Highness Prince Vajiralongkorn facing right. Along the edge is an inscription that reads "His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn".
On the reverse side - there are the initials of the royal name "W K" above the initials, there is a crown with rays. On the edge is the inscription "Souvenir of the Royal Ceremony of the Establishment of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, 28 December 1972".
Decorations can be decorated like royal decorations.
- For men, use it as an ornament on the left chest.
- For women, use it as an ornament on the left shoulder of the shirt.
