1 Baht banknote, Type 2, Series 2 (plowing), reign of King Rama VI, year 2471 (1928), used.

It was the first banknote to be printed on both sides. The front features a 12-pointed radial design, while the back depicts the Royal Ploughing Ceremony, thus it is often called the "plowing banknote."
Printed by Thomas De La Rue & Co. Ltd., it was gradually put into circulation from 1925 during the reign of King Rama VI until the reign of King Rama VII.
The banknote measures 7.50 x 13.50 centimeters.
The letter and number sequences for banknote series 1 are: A 1-A 100, B 1-B 100, C 1-C 100.
The letter and number sequences on the second series of banknotes begin with ฆ ๑ onwards.
The front of the banknote has the words "One Baht" superimposed on a fueng pattern with 12 radial stripes. Each strip has a miniature text "Government of Siam". There is a section in Roman letters and Arabic numerals on the left, a section in Thai letters and Thai numerals on the right, and the date of the banknote is placed below the banknote number on both sides.
The back of the banknote features the main image of the Royal Ploughing Ceremony in an oval frame with a floral pattern. The Arabic numeral is on the right and the Thai numeral is on the left.
The 1-baht banknote, Series 2, was issued on February 19, 1928.
