1 Baht banknote, Series 3, Issue 2, from the reign of King Rama VIII, year 1954, slightly used, no tears, no holes, beautiful and original condition.

Guaranteed authentic*** Banknote information Since His Majesty King Prajadhipok abdicated on March 2, 1934, His Royal Highness Prince Ananda Mahidol ascended to the throne as the 8th monarch of the Chakri Dynasty, changing his royal name to King Ananda Mahidol. In the beginning of the reign of King Rama VIII, the Ministry of Finance changed the royal portrait of the 3rd series banknote to King Ananda Mahidol and began issuing it in 1936. The 1 Baht banknote, Series 3, Issue 2, was announced on September 28, 1936. Banknote size is 7.50 x 13.50 centimeters. The letter and number series start from ค 1 onwards. The important element of the front of the banknote is the portrait of His Majesty the King. On the left is Ananda Mahidol in Chakri uniform. In the center is an image of the Suphannahong Royal Barge with the image of Airavata in the lower right corner. The serial number and number are printed in red ink. Below the number is the date of the banknote in red ink. On the reverse side of the banknote , the main image is the Phra Samut Chedi within a frame surrounded by a floral pattern. A message announcing the penalties for counterfeiting is printed in the lower center. In the white circle in the lower left is a watermark of the three-headed elephant Airavata.
