Front and back of the coin matching, rim with gears, issued B.E. In 1869, His Majesty King Chulalongkorn was graciously pleased to produce and use in circulation according to the example coins made in England, only 3 types: baht, salung, and feung. This set of coins was produced by the Sitthikan Mint in B.E. 1869 and 1870. The obverse is the image of Phra Chula Mongkut. enshrined on the pedestal tiered. On the back, an elephant is standing on the ground in the light of the Chakra. Around the rim, there is a star indicating the price.
