Created by Wat Rakhang Khositaram Worawihan, Group 9, Siriraj Subdistrict, Bangkok Noi District, Bangkok.
The grand Buddha consecration ceremony, a historic event, was held at the Ubosot of Wat Intharawihan, Bang Khun Phrom, Bangkok on November 6, 2013.
Phra Thammathirat Ratcha Maha Muni (Chao Khun Thiang Akkathammo), the abbot of Wat Rakhang Khositaram, presided over the candle lighting ceremony and the ceremony. - There were senior monks who participated in the Buddha consecration ceremony and prayed together as follows:
- Phra Thepwisutthachan, abbot of Wat Intharawihan
- Phra Khru Phiphatthanukul, abbot of Wat Mai Amataros
- Phra Sobhon Thammawong, assistant abbot of Wat Intharawihan
- Phra Khru Thirawutthikun, assistant abbot of Wat Rakhang Khositaram
This 2009 edition of the Somdej Bang Khun Phrom amulet is made from ancient Somdej amulets from the time of Somdej Phra Buddhacarya (To Brahmaramsi). These amulets are mixed with over 108 important and sacred substances, including Mandara powder, Chao Samut powder, Phathamang powder, Phaya To powder, Itthijae powder, Trinisinghe powder, Pathavithat powder, Meditation incense powder, Salikha powder, Maha Saneh powder, Maharach powder, and Golden-Faced Garuda powder, along with sacred substances from all three temples. This truly historic edition is a true historical edition.
