Phra Sangkachai, 5th cycle, Her Majesty the Queen, year 1992, with original case,

History of construction: The Office of the Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister built it on the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty the Queen's 5th Cycle Birthday Anniversary on August 12, 1992.
The metal used in the creation of the amulets was derived from 108 gold, niello, silver, and copper yantra sheets, along with the Napathamang, birth chart, and enlightenment chart. The amulets were also donated to 73 monks from 9 temples in each province, totaling 5,913 sheets. Furthermore, gold and navaloha metal from the 90th birthday of the Somdej Ya amulet in 1990 were also used. After the consecration ceremony, the committee presented the amulets to His Majesty the King for blessing and prayers before they were melted and cast.
His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen presided over the gold pouring ceremony at the Ubosot of Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram on Friday, April 3, 1992 at 3:59 p.m.
On this occasion, Her Majesty the Queen graciously bestowed 6 sheets of gold and 6 sheets of silver to be used in the construction of the Buddha image, as follows:
"To ensure the creation of this sacred object is as complete as possible and in accordance with its intended purpose, the project committee has determined the correct method of performing the ceremony, in accordance with ancient traditions passed down since the Ayutthaya period. This aims to produce sacred objects imbued with the power of the Buddha, as well as being beautifully complete in keeping with the era. A total of 16 ceremonies have been scheduled to be held, including a Buddha Abhiseka ceremony for the metal used in the creation of the sacred object, a gold pouring ceremony, and a grand Buddha Abhiseka ceremony."
..The Buddha consecration ceremony of the Buddha amulet made from powder, gold leafing and inscription of the sacred yantra plates, was held on 7 Saturdays and 7 Tuesdays at the Ubosot of 15 important temples, a total of 16 times.
The first time began at the Ubosot of Wat Chanasongkhram.
2nd time, Wat Phra Ram 9 Kanchanaphisek
3rd time: Wat Yai Chai Mongkol
4th time: Sothon Wararam Worawihan Temple
5th time at Mangkon Kamalawat Temple
6th time Wat Bowonniwet Vihara
7th time Wat Suthat Thepwararam
8th time, Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimonmangklaram
9th time, Wat Rakhang Khositaram
10th time Huai Mongkol Temple
11th time Brahmin Temple
12th time, Thewaratkuncharoenworawihan Temple
13th time, Benchamabophit Dusitwanaram Temple
14th time Wat Nang Phaya
And the 15th time, Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram
And on this 15th occasion, Her Majesty the Queen presided over the gold pouring ceremony for the Phra Buddha Ratchamongkol Prachanat and Phra Kring Chakri statues, and also donated her own gold to participate in the ceremony.
