?  Obverse  : In the center of the coin is a portrait of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, wearing a diamond-encrusted crown and diamond-studded earrings. She is dressed in a traditional Thai costume, wearing an embroidered gold shoulder cloth, and wearing the sash and necklace of the Most Illustrious Order of the Chakri Dynasty, decorated with the Ratana Phorn King Rama IX Medal and the Diamond Swan. Along the left rim of the coin is the inscription "Her Majesty Queen Sirikit" and on the right is the inscription "Phra Borommarajini"

?  Reverse : In the center of the coin are the initials of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit crossed under the Seven White Umbrellas. Below is the price inscription. Near the top edge of the coin is the inscription "Maha Mongkol Chaloem Phatthanasuksa 5th Cycle Birthday Anniversary". Below is the inscription "12 August 1992, Thailand" with a floral pattern separating the inscriptions.
