  On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Srirattanakosin Foundation under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana Rajasuda Siri Sobha Pannawadi on July 14, 2007,
the foundation committee led by Phra Khru Paisarn Prachathorn, the abbot of Wat Sutharam, requested royal permission to create a locket of the royal image of His Majesty the King. As a commemorative auspicious occasion, the auspicious

consecration ceremony was held at several sacred locations on several occasions, consisting of:
1st time, the ceremony was held at the ceremonial pavilion of Wat Phra That Hariphunchai, Lamphun Province;
2nd time, Wat Phra Singh, Chiang Mai Province;
3rd time, Wat Phra That Choeng Chum, Sakon Nakhon Province;
4th time, Wat Phra That Phanom, Nakhon Phanom Province;
5th time, Wat Phlap, Chanthaburi Province;
6th time, Wat Phra Mahathat, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province; and
7th time, royal permission was granted to hold the ceremony at the Ubosot of Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram in the Grand Palace

on 7 June 2007, presided over by Vice Admiral Mom Chao Pussana Sawasdiwat. In addition, on 8 June, the auspicious consecration ceremony will be held at the ceremonial pavilion of Wat Suttaram.
