Items are sent by Cambodia Post using Registered Service with a tracking number.
Generally, items are declared as a document or a low-priced souvenir, not the real value of the items.
We handle item processing within 3 days, except national holidays.

How Does Combined Shipping Work?

The initial fee is based on the highest.
Combined shipping is available for an extra $9 per lot.

How Long Will Buyers Receive Items?

Upon dispatch from Cambodia, the Post promises Economy Shipping duration as follows:

07–10 Days (ASEAN)
14–21 Days (Asia, Middle East, Oceania)
14–28 Days (EU, USA, Canada, Latin America, Africa)

What If Items Are Not Satisfied Or an Error occurs?

Please return items in original condition.
If a listing mistake is identified, a full refund is made (item price + shipping fee + return shipping fee).
If it is not our mistake, only the item price is refunded, excluding the shipping fee and return shipping fee.
