The Bank of Mongolia seal is displayed on the obverse field of the 2024 Colorized Mongolia Silver Year of the Dragon Note. Along with this seal are the identifying marks of the note including the purity, metal weight, and dimensions.
The reverse field of each 2024 5 Gram Colorized Silver Year of the Dragon Note showcases a unique dragon design. These notes commemorate the Year of the Dragon with this memorable design displaying a dragon in left-profile relief. As with other notes in the overall series, this field is colorized and features a beautiful guilloche pattern.
Each 2024 5 Gram Colorized Mongolia Silver Year of the Dragon Note will arrive in laminated plastic to preserve the condition of your silver. These notes contain 5 grams of .999 silver on a 150 x 70-millimeter note. Each note holds legal tender status in Mongolia.
These notes are made available by CIT with the backing of Mongolia. The dragon is shown on this note as it’s the 8th anniversary of this partnership in creating unique Chinese zodiac products. Every year, this series releases four products. Among these are two silver coins, one gold coin, and a silver note much like this one.
