The great auspicious occasion, His Majesty the King poured gold, good intentions, a grand ceremony, many great monks participated in the ceremony, the great auspicious bell, His Majesty the King bestowed the name Sirakas.***The request for royal permission to build began in 1979, but it was only completed in 1983. It was offered for worship twice: in 1984 and 1999.***
The exact number of creations is no more than 39,900.
***There are 2 types of Phra Kring amulets, but they are called Phra Kring Sirakas (Phra Kring Khumklao). Both of these types were consecrated at the same time at the Sanam Luang Ceremonial Ground in 1984. The first type of amulet resembles the large Phra Kring amulet. The front side has the royal initials, B.P.R., at the edge of the divine cloth. The base behind the Buddha image has the wing code above the Royal Thai Air Force Medical Department emblem. The base is smooth. The second type was made in 3 types: gold, silver, and navaloha. The characteristics of the second type of Phra Kring Sirakas (Phra Kring Khumklao) amulet are that the front side has the royal initials, B.P.R., at the edge of the divine cloth. The base behind the Buddha image has the Royal Thai Air Force Medical Department emblem. The bottom of the base is recessed with the wing code. ***
Somdet Phra Ariyawongsakhatayan, the Supreme Patriarch, placed the first gold, silver, and bronze plates on August 12, 1983, and 1,250 senior monks and gurus from all over the country, such as Luang Pu Dul, Luang Pu Waen, Phra Suphromyanathera (Luang Pu Phromchak), Luang Pho Utama, Luang Pho Pae, etc. The grand consecration ceremony was held simultaneously in all four regions on December 5, 1983. His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen, along with Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, presided over the gold pouring ceremony for casting the Buddha image and the melting ceremony for the gold, silver, and bronze plates with inscriptions, to be used as the starting material for creating the Phra Kring amulets.
The Buddha Abhiseka Ceremony, His Majesty lit the auspicious flame at the Ubosot of Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram. After that, His Holiness the Supreme Patriarch came to light the candles from the auspicious flame (to begin) the Buddha Abhiseka Ceremony. The sacred thread was connected from the Ubosot of Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram and 108 senior monks from all over the country were invited to take turns sitting in meditation and praying for a total of 4 days and 4 nights.
The sacred objects were consecrated by 108 revered monks in a grand ceremony at Sanam Luang. The sacred thread was tied from the Ubosot of Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram to the pavilion on the nights of April 6, 7, 8, and 9, 1984, totaling four nights. 108 revered monks from across the country were invited to participate in the ceremony. On the first day, His Majesty the King lit the auspicious flame at the Ubosot of Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram and assigned Air Chief Marshal Praphan Dhupatemiya, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force, to lead the procession to the pavilion. Then, at 7:19 PM, Somdet Phra Ariyawongsaktayana, the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand, lit the victory candle from the auspicious flame. The consecration ceremony began at dawn on April 10, 1984, when Somdej Phra Yansangworn was invited to extinguish the candle, completing the consecration ceremony. This was a grand consecration ceremony, unprecedented in history.

Phra Khumklao, a meditation master and 108 guru monks from all over the country sat in meditation and consecrated the amulet in a grand ceremony, unprecedented in scale, at the ceremonial grounds at Sanam Luang. His Majesty the King presided over the lighting of the auspicious flame, Somdej Phra Yanasangwon extinguishing the victory candle.
