This wonderful 2 Oz Silver Cast Bar is dedicated to The Grim Reaper, a personification of death, depicted as a hooded figure carrying a scythe. In various cultures and folklore, the Grim Reaper is said to come for individuals when their time has come to pass on to the afterlife. The Grim Reaper is a symbol of mortality, the inevitability of death, and the idea that death is a natural part of life. The coin has a wonderful coloration, has an Antique Finish quality and comes in a themed case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage of 500 pieces worldwide. The reverse of the bar depicts The Grim Reaper, a personification of death in many cultures and religions throughout history. The concept of the Grim Reaper has roots in ancient Greek and Roman mythology, where the god of death, known as Thanatos or Mors, was often depicted as a skeletal figure wielding a scythe. In medieval Europe, the Grim Reaper became a prominent figure in art and popular culture, particularly during the Black Death pandemic in the 14th century.
