To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the iconic E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial film release, The Coin Company is excited to present the 2022 E.T. 40th Anniversary The Extra-Terrestrial 2oz Silver E.T. Shaped Coin.
The coin’s reverse struck to replicate the face of the legendary E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial - an alien, named E.T., who is stranded on Earth and who is with the help of a boy named Elliott, looking to find a way to return home while avoiding the government. The coin is struck from 2oz of 99.9% pure silver.
The coin’s obverse features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the year-date and the monetary denomination.
The coin enclosed is produced under license by The Coin Company Australia as legal tender under the authority of Niue.
