She took enormous chances to explore new territory and establish new claims. Her devoted double-headed eagle ensures that no dangers approach unnoticed.
- Reverse: Displays a bicephalous eagle, which is a mythical creature from Roman mythology and represents Janus, the god of beginnings, guardian of doors, gates, pathways and bridges. Its two faces look in opposite directions to suggest the past and future.
