How Are Items Shipped?

• Items are sent by Cambodia Post using Registered Service with a tracking number.
• Generally, items are declared as a document or a low-priced souvenir, not the real value of the items.
• We handle item processing within 3 days, except national holidays.

How Does Combined Shipping Work?

• The initial fee is based on the highest.
• Combined shipping is available for an extra $9 per lot.

How Long Will Buyers Receive Items?

Upon dispatch from Cambodia, the Post promises Economy Shipping duration as follows:

• 07–10 Days (ASEAN)
• 14–21 Days (Asia, Middle East, Oceania)
• 14–28 Days (EU, USA, Canada, Latin America, Africa)

What If Items Are Not Satisfied Or an Error occurs?

• Please return items in original condition.
• If a listing mistake is identified, a full refund is made (item price + shipping fee + return shipping fee).
• If it is not our mistake, only the item price is refunded, excluding the shipping fee and return shipping fee.
