Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn while having a royal meeting with the people The edge of the coin is labeled "Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Prince Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Ratthasimakunakornpiyachat Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn” below is a pattern of flowers of the guard, consisting of a Kraon pattern. Reverse – The center of the coin has a picture of the reverse side of the Magsaysay Medal. Above is a picture of the front of a small Magsaysay medal. On the left side it says "Maxaisai Award Medal" "Thailand" on the right side has the inscription: “Public Service Branches” and price statements Below is the message "31 August 1991".
The shape of the coin is round, the outer edge has smooth alternating gears.
