In the beginning of King Ananda Mahidol's reign, the 3 Series 2 banknotes were still in circulation due to the large amount of banknotes remaining from the previous reign.
and when such banknotes are used up The Ministry of Finance has ordered the production of new banknotes from Thomas de la Rue 5, the price is 1 baht, 5 baht, 10 baht, 20 baht, and 1000 baht.

Series 1: The front has a portrait of King Rama VIII on the left, a Garuda image in the middle above, above the Gilloc pattern. In the lower right corner there is an image of a three-headed elephant. The picture in the middle of the banknote depicts various landmarks according to the banknote price, such as the Golden Mountain, Dusida Phirom Throne Hall. Chakri Maha Prasat Throne Hall, Phra Pathom Chedi, Phra Samut Chedi The pattern on the reverse side of the banknote is the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall in the center of the Gilloc pattern.
