1 baht commemorative coin from the 8th Southeast Asian Games, uncirculated, year 1975, UNC, beautiful, worth collecting. A 7 gram gold (copper-nickel alloy) coin. Size 25 mm. Front - The center of the coin has a portrait of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, facing left, wearing the royal regalia and academic gown, and a portrait of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, facing left, wearing the Ratana Phorn Medal of King Rama IX. Within the upper rim of the coin is the text "Government of Thailand, 1975". Below, the denominations are "1 baht" and "1 BAHT" respectively, with a rounded bar pattern decorating the edge of the coin.
Reverse - The center of the coin features the emblem of the 8th SEAP Games, which is a Thai flower pattern. In the center of the flower is a circle. Within the circle are 6 interlocking circles. Within the upper rim of the coin is the text "VIII SEAP GAMES". Below is the text "BANGKOK 1975". There are 2 floral patterns on each side, separating the text above and below on both sides.
