Obverse: The center of the coin features the image of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, wearing a diamond-studded lattice crown and diamond-studded earrings. She is dressed in a traditional Thai costume, wearing an embroidered gold shoulder cloth, and wearing the sash and necklace of the Most Illustrious Order of the Chakri Dynasty. She is adorned with the Ratana Phorn Medal of King Rama IX and the Diamond Swan. Along the left edge of the coin is the inscription “Her Majesty Queen Sirikit” and on the right is the inscription “Phra Borommarajini”.
