, rare, limited production, worth collecting, unused, old stock. **The product may not be exactly as pictured, but the condition is similar, guaranteed authentic.** Tin coin “KING RAMA VIII THAILAND” portrait – Garuda emblem, round and flat coin, smooth edge. Size: 5 satang (tin)
Diameter 1.50 centimeters, approximate weight: 1.28 grams, thickness 0.12 grams, announced for use in 1946. Front – A half-length image of King Ananda Mahidol as a young man, wearing full civilian uniform, facing left. On the left edge is the royal cypher “Ananda Mahidol” and on the right edge is the inscription “Rama VIII”.
Back – has a picture of the Garuda, above has the text “Thai Government”, below has Thai letters and numbers indicating the year of production “B.E. 2489”, on the left is the Thai number indicating the price “5”, on the right has the abbreviation “S.T.”
