Obverse: A right facing effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II adorns the obverse. The portrait, which first appeared on coinage in 1998, is an example of the artistry of acclaimed British sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley. Inscribed “ELIZABETH II” and “NIUE” above, with “2021,” “2 DOLLARS” and “1 OZ 999 FINE SILVER” below. As officially authorized products of the Star Wars franchise, the Lucasfilm Ltd. Trademark is also included.
Kylo Ren Reverse: Kylo Ren is depicted standing on the reverse, wearing a dark hooded cloak over a somber black belted outfit and an ominous grey and black face mask. Resilient Rey Reverse: Resilient Rey is illustrated standing on the reverse dressed in a draped sand-toned belted tunic and wrapped arm-bands. Her face is framed by wisps of hair that have loosened from her bun, as she gazes forward with wide, inquisitive eyes and a charming smile.
The 2021 Star Wars Chibi Kylo Ren and Resilient Rey colorized 1 oz. silver proof coins in this set are presented in ungraded condition, featuring remarkably sharp strikes, beautifully finished surfaces and excellent eye appeal. The uniquely shaped coins are each encased in a square capsule surrounded by a precisely shaped white core. Each coin is housed in a display-worthy Star Wars themed box that includes a numbered Certificate of Authenticity cleverly incorporated into its design.
