Front – In the center of the coin is the image of Her Majesty Queen Sri Nakarindra, facing left, dressed in full regalia, wearing the sash and necklace of the Most Illustrious Order of the Royal Household.
The Great Glory of the Chakri Dynasty, decorated with the Ratana Phorn Medal of King Rama VIII and Ratana Phorn Medal of King Rama IX. On the left side is the inscription “Somdet Phra Srinagarindra” and on the right side is the inscription “Phra Borommaratchachonnani”.
Around the edge of the coin is a pattern of blooming lotus flowers.
Reverse – The center of the coin features the royal emblem of Her Majesty Queen Srinagarindra, the Princess Mother, consisting of the royal crown, placed on a two-tiered tray above a stand, with a five-tiered lotus-petal umbrella on either side. Below the royal emblem is the denomination and the words “84th Birthday”, “21 October 1984”, “Thailand”. Along the edge of the coin are large and small lotus flowers, alternating in a pattern.
